I first arrived in Canada from British Hong Kong as a visa student at the ripe age of 15. Needless to say, it was quite a culture shock and a life-changing experience. Anyway, it’s been my home ever since.

After secondary school, I enrolled in what is now the OCAD U. Those formative years of wholly imbuing in the arts and learning alongside my fellow mates remain some of the fondest memories to this day.

Having worked many years in advertising and graphic design post my graduation, I launched my freelancing career in 1995 and began an incredible working relationship with many amazing clients, art directors and designers, earning a number of awards along the way as luck would have it.

These days, I also teach life drawing and human anatomy at Seneca Polytechnic and run life drawing sessions at my other studio Artists25 in Toronto.
